Raj Sardana

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Innova Solutions and Volt

Raj Sardana is the Chief Executive Officer of Innova Solutions and Volt, a renowned staffing company acquired by Innova in 2022. A distinguished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience, Raj has led multinational companies across several industries, including investment and workforce management. In 1998, Raj founded American CyberSystems, or ACS, which was later rebranded as Innova Solutions. Under his visionary leadership, the company has evolved into a global powerhouse that employs more than 50,000 professionals worldwide and reports annual revenues approaching $3 billion. Throughout the growth of Innova, Raj has remained committed to giving back to communities in need around the globe. In 2013, he and his wife, Nita, established the Innova Foundation to facilitate the company’s support of non-profit organizations, including the YWCA’s Teen Girls in Technology Program, Women in Technology (WIT), and the Atlanta Food Bank. In India, where Innova has several offices and delivery centers, the company supports the Earth Saviours Foundation—a Delhi-based organization that works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism. Before moving to the United States, Raj graduated from the Delhi College of Engineering with a BE in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an Advanced Management Program (AMP) certification from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Raj is an active member of the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council and the Forbes Business Council. In 2023, he was recognized as one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and named “… one of the country’s most successful immigrant entrepreneurs …” in a profile by Forbes.

Sonia Sardana

Chief Transformation Officer of Innova Solutions and Volt

As Chief Transformation Officer, Sonia Sardana leads the Innova Solutions Transformation Office, chartered to fuel growth and ensure the scalability, efficiency, consistency, and application of best practices across the business. Sonia is responsible for the strategy, execution, and evolution of Innova’s systems, processes, and people initiatives and also leads the Integration Management Office across new and existing acquisitions, bridging direction from Innova’s leadership into transformational action. Sonia joined Innova Solutions in 2012 and has since held multiple strategic and leadership positions in the company. She started as an IT program manager where she led digital transformation across the back office and financial systems of Innova and its entities. She then went on to play a key role in restructuring the Operations department by building a global operations strategy and implementing the plan across several geographies. Sonia revamped the Global Recruiting Organization and runs a delivery organization that is client-centric, process-driven, and comprised of a highly skilled and qualified talent pool to exceed client delivery expectations. Furthermore, Sonia built and scaled the Banking and Financial Services vertical through organic and inorganic growth strategies. Most recently, Sonia has focused on the strategic transformation of the Volt acquisition and managing its position as a prominent leader in the commercial staffing space. In addition to her role as Chief Transformation Officer, Sonia is a co-founder of the Innova Foundation. Since 2013, the foundation has delivered vital support in partnership with more than 150 non-profit organizations around the globe. As a key program advisor, Sonia helps identify new communities in need, bringing opportunities for initiatives into focus. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Debbie Townsend

Executive Vice President, Volt

Debbie Townsend is a staffing industry veteran with over four decades of experience. Debbie has been with Volt for nearly 30 years. Having held previous roles as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and Vice President of Client Solutions, Debbie supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including some of Volt’s largest accounts. In recognition of her valuable expertise, she was given the opportunity to design and launch Volt Workforce Solution’s first Project Management Office (PMO). In her current capacity, Debbie is responsible for supporting new customer engagements before and during implementation, ensuring ongoing program leadership, developing standard operating procedures, and sharing best practices from client to client. She currently supports all the division’s strategic accounts, ensuring talent delivery requirements are met, driving governance and compliance, and leading continuous improvement strategies. Debbie is a Six Sigma Champion and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Brad Doss

Group Vice President and CFO, Volt

Brad serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Volt—leveraging unparalleled knowledge of the business that he began to cultivate during a high school internship in the Volt accounting department. Returning to Volt post-grad as a financial analyst, Brad has served in various leadership roles with Volt Workforce Solutions and Volt Consulting Group over the past decade, helping to lead the company in consistent, year-over-year revenue performance. Brad holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

Matthew Alderete

Senior Vice President, Retail Sales

As Senior Vice President for Volt Workforce Solutions, Matthew leads retail sales teams across the U.S. He joined Volt in 2008 on the advice of his father and has held several roles since including sales, national account management, program management, branch management, area director, and regional VP. In his role as regional VP, he provided sales and operational leadership to branches across Southern California. In 2021, he was named to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 40 Under 40 list. SIA’s 40 Under 40 recognizes professionals from companies operating in the US who stand out as industry leaders and elevate the ecosystem through their efforts. Matthew is motivated by the unpredictability of the staffing industry and thrives on it. He values adaptation, growth, positivity, and teamwork for success in this environment. Marne Oberg is the Vice President of Human Resources at Innova Solutions and supports HireGenics and Volt within the Innova family of brands. A proven leader with a history of success driving change and achieving business results, Marne has demonstrated the ability to assess organizational needs and initiate creative strategies to help companies achieve their objectives. Marne offers a comprehensive background in all aspects of human resources, combined with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Marne has been part of the Innova Solutions team since 2013. Prior to Innova Solutions, she was the Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Communications at Analysts International Corporation (AIC) – now a part of the Innova Solutions family. Marne started her career in Communications as a Public Relations Manager at Fairview Health Services and has continued to demonstrate her remarkable talent throughout the course of her career. Marne is a strong leader and strategic business partner who enables organizational strategy through human capital initiatives. Her primary areas of focus include talent acquisition and management, training and development, compensation, organizational design, internal communications, and change management. She is particularly passionate about company culture and the role it plays in helping businesses grow and transform. Marne holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
